Who is Dr. Murat Vural?
After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine—a long-established institution known for its world-class medical education—Murat Vural practiced medicine for several years before assuming international senior executive and educational roles in the pharmaceutical industry. He was responsible for the coordination and operational efficiency of teams composed of various nationalities across different regions. In addition, he provided extensive training over many years to team members and fellow doctors in the countries where he operated, continuously contributing to their professional development by sharing his sectoral and scientific expertise.
Born in Ankara, Murat Vural completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown and achieved remarkable success by ranking among the top 500 nationwide in Turkey’s university entrance examination conducted by ÖSYM.
Guided by a deep passion for science—stronger even than his early interest in technology— he earned his medical degree from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He began his medical career in Ankara and later transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in Istanbul, marking the first steps of a professional journey focused on education and management that would eventually expand internationally.
With over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he led an intense and demanding professional life. Sometimes residing in different countries for periods ranging from three months to a year, and at other times working from Turkey while traveling to four to six countries per month, he delivered on-site training and management services. His operational activities spanned a broad cultural spectrum, including countries such as Croatia, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Libya, Vietnam, Yemen, Russia, and Bosnia. In all these regions, he provided comprehensive, structured, medical, scientific, and sector-specific training to more than a thousand team members,
many of whom were also medical doctors. He built these teams from the ground up, managed them through performance evaluations and operational planning, and contributed significantly to their development.
Throughout his long international career, Murat Vural carefully identified competent and high-potential young professionals within his teams and provided them with personalized mentorship for their development. In every country he worked, he trained mid- and senior-level managers and educators, gradually transferring local leadership to the next generation. Over the years, he transformed traditional on-site management processes into an innovative and effective remote management system, increasing operational efficiency and enabling his teams to achieve sustainable success on a global scale.
Today...
In recent years, after a long and dynamic international career in science, education, coaching, and people development, Murat Vural settled in Vietnam with his wife, whom he met and married there. He transitioned to a more serene and grounded lifestyle, leaving behind the fast-paced nature of international travel and fieldwork.
In this new phase, rather than setting aside his accumulated knowledge and experience, he adopted a new vision driven by a desire to contribute to both society and individuals. He began supporting young learners through educational programs delivered via online platforms. By guiding them toward their academic goals, he continued to pursue his passion for education. Over the past five years in particular, he has offered intensive and structured online courses to young people preparing for university entrance exams, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve academic success.
His students’ university admissions—and even the graduation milestones reached by some of them during this period—have served as powerful motivation, reinforcing his commitment to public service. The progress and determination demonstrated by these students have brought him great personal fulfillment. Moreover, the appreciation they have expressed for his role in their success, and the strong sense of loyalty they feel for his support, have given deeper meaning to his vision of 
contributing to the future of young generations through education.
At the same time, Dr. Vural continues to use his medical expertise for the benefit of society by providing voluntary healthcare services to children and people in need in Vietnam. A significant portion of the income he earns from online education is allocated to cover medical expenses for those who lack financial means. Committed to improving the education of young people and the well-being of society at large, Dr. Vural sees the fulfillment that comes from touching lives as the core motivation of this new chapter in his career. He continues to build a meaningful life by integrating his professional background with his humanitarian values.
